The home has ultra-fast WiFi (+300mbps) and includes 4 state-of-the-art work desks with monitors and Herman Miller Aeron chairs, as well as smart TVs and smart home technology.

-Bedrooms-
The property has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms. There is one king bed and two queens, all outfitted with extremely soft Nollapelli sheets so you can get a better night sleep than at home! The king bedroom has stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a walk-in closet, while the two queen beds have their own balcony. If you need the extra space, we have a luxurious cloud couch that pulls out in the living area.

There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.

-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, spice rack, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher.

-Workstations-
The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and four amazing state-of-the-art workstations, one of which is a full office. Each are complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work outdoors!

-Fitness Center-
The private fitness center is fully available for use with a Peloton, treadmill, Ergatta rower, weight rack, and an infrared sauna. There are also dozens of great hiking/biking trails nearby.

-Living Space-
There are two living areas with couches, Sonos speakers and smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. The upper level has a wood-burning stove, while the lower level has a comfortable cloud couch that converts into a pull-out bed. We also have a record player if you want to bring some of your favorite vinyls with you!

-Outdoors-
The outdoor area is expansive and magical. The pool is fenced in and heated with lounge chairs and umbrellas – it is generally open from May through September, but dates may fluctuate based on weather. We have several deck areas, which include an outdoor dining table with grill, a hot tub, and various seating areas.

-Bathrooms-
The home has three full bathrooms and a half bath. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own! The primary bathroom is gorgeous with emerald green ceramic tiling, dual sinks and even dual showerheads.

-24/7 Concierge-
We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions, provide recommendations, arrange grocery deliveries or mid-stay cleans and more.

This home spans 8 acres and is very private, but just a short drive to multiple town centers including Kingston, Woodstock and Rhinebeck. The closest airports are New York Stewart International and Albany International, or you can fly into one of the NYC airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) and take the ~2 hour drive up. You can also take Amtrak up to Rhinecliff station. Having a car is easiest for getting around, but we can recommend taxi services if you need. We can also arrange transportation for a fee. Uber/Lyft also serves the area, but may be limited.

We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!

Cell reception in the Hudson Valley region can be limited. Be sure to download/save the address, WiFi and entrance details that we provide in advance. Once you connect to the WiFi, it stretches across the property.

We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety, especially with the pool. If you have a special request for your child (crib, high-chair, car seat, kid-friendly flatware) let us know.

We are constantly making improvements to the smart home controls. You do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should they malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.

No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace
